Scrap Tires continue to be a major waste management problem for 
every State and County.  While most. have satisfactory disposal programs they report, of the  300 produced annually, more than 25% end up in
landfills or  are stockpiled, creating fire hazards, insect breeding grounds
and rodent habitats.

About five years ago PMGI began seriously looking for economical ways to convert scrap tires into a useable product.  . 

The solution became T-Blocks and what certainly appears to be a true 
WIN-WIN opportunity for everyone that becomes involved.

This program structure establishes a select number of independent T-Block Operation (TBO) in each state. The TBO is paid for the production of
