Scrap Tires continue to be a major waste management problem for each county and state throughout our country.  While most, have developed satisfactory disposal programs yet still report a large percent end up in landfills or are stockpiled, creating fire hazards, insect breeding grounds and rodent habitats.

Our program is to establish a Master T-Block Operator (MTBO) for each state and then collectivly develop a select number of Area T-Block Operation (TBO) throughout the state. The TBO is paid for the collection and production of T-Blocks.
