Our Fluid Regen Processer
is specifically designed to remove:
PARTICULATE CONTAMINATION -
utilizing a special flow enhancer
which aliens colloidal micelles to allow 1-5 microns to be trapped for removal, compared to the 10-20
micron, factory filters.
MOISTURE CONTAMINATION - moisture collected, in lube oil, will cause viscosity increase, VI polymer decrease, TBN decrease, acid
formation, accelerated oxidation and nitration. Our processing system removes all of these contaminates.
CHEMICAL CONTAMINATES - three major types of contamination that are formed within lube-oil during normal use: Oxidation, Nitration,
and Acid formation. Our processing system will remove these elements each time the oil is regenerated
